Riding Off - polo print with mount

16.00

My equestrian brush, pen and ink drawings were developed from illustrations that I did for the Royal Windsor Horse show catalogue and website in 2009 and 2010.

There is a great sense of excitement at a polo match and in this fast moving game ponies and riders can push and bump each. 'Riding off' as it is called is allowed as long as the angle of attack is less than 45 degrees, and any contact must be made between the pony's hip and shoulder. The ponies seem to enjoy themselves.

Limited edition giclee prints are digital prints with 200 prints of the same painting in each edition. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.

Each print comes with an archival quality mount in ice white and is ready to give as a gift straight away. The 17x17cm (7x7in) print with mount has a finished size of 28x28cm (11x11in) approximately.

There is also a smaller print which fits in the set of 6 basic polo shots which is 12 x 12 cms approx with a finished mount size of 28 x 28cms. Please note that a frame is not included in the price.

These limited edition giclée prints are printed using Epson UltraChrome K3 archival quality high density pigment inks on 'Hahnemuhle' Albrecht Durer textured matte archival quality paper for an exceptionally long lasting product.

The paper will last hundreds of years in the right conditions. Bright sunlight should be avoided and humidity, steam, smoke and pollution, can affect the lifespan of a print. Epson pigment inks in normal display conditions, avoiding bright sunlight, can last without fading for up to 75 years in colour and over 100 years in black and white.
