I had never heard of elephant polo until recently. It is played in Thailand and Nepal and is an exciting variant of horse polo. Camel polo is another variation on the polo theme.

In elephant polo there are two people on the elephant. The mahout who guides the elephant and the polo player who sits behing the mahout and is tied in place with ropes so that he or she can stretch to play the ball.

This A4 print is a limited edition giclee print in an edition of 200 prints of the same drawing. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.

These limited edition giclée prints are printed using Epson UltraChrome K3 archival quality high density pigment inks on 'Bockingford' Watercolour Inkjet archival quality paper for an exceptionally long lasting product.

The paper will last hundreds of years in the right conditions. Bright sunlight should be avoided and humidity, steam, smoke and pollution, can affect the lifespan of a print. Epson pigment inks in normal display conditions, avoiding bright sunlight, can last without fading for up to 75 years in colour and over 100 years in black and white.
